How can I secure my date? To secure your event date at The Oasis Manor, you will need to sign the rental agreement and submit a deposit. If you pay the full rental fee upfront, you'll receive a 10% Total Upfront Discount on the invoice. Only a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. For a 50/50 payment schedule, the remaining balance is due at least 90 days before your scheduled event and must be paid in full for the event to proceed. All payments are processed via platform via debit or credit card, and rental agreements are also signed digitally on the platform. An 8% Mississippi Sales Tax is applied to all transactions.
